Mit seinem innovativen Signature Dish „Stadt/Land/Fluss“ konnte er sich den ersten Platz im nationalen Vorentscheid des „S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018” sichern. Falko wird nächstes Jahr Deutschland und Österreich beim Weltfinale in Mailand vertreten. Herzlichen Glückwunsch!
